Insurance Pay:

Once you make a claim with your insurance company you can stop by for an estimate.

We work with multiple insurance companies directly this is called a Preferred Shop or Direct Repair Shop (DRP). We are approved by the insurance company to write the estimate. That means less time is needed to get an estimate approved or wait for an insurance adjuster to look at your vehicle.

Don't see your insurance on the list? No problem!

We work with all insurance companies.

Once we write an estimate on your vehicle we will send it to the appropriate person for them to review.

You do not need more than one estimate like some insurance companies tell you. If you want it repaired at Jim's Auto Body then you can get it repaired here!

Customer Pay:

Some customers want to avoid an insurance claim. They may not have full coverage or because it could potentially cause their rates to increase. The easiest way to find out if that is going to happen to you is to talk to your agent, they are there to help you.

We will work with you to stay in your budget. There are options!

Parts:

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture)-Most expensive but original

Aftermarket-Cheaper than OEM, New, but not made by the factory

Used/Recycled-Usually the cheapest option, its original but it has been on a used vehicle. (All recycled parts are examined to be sure they are in good quality and working order before we use them)
